Ordering Options

BY TELEPHONE: Contact Customer Service. Please call 1-800-222-7584 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday.  Outside the U.S., please call 1-901-380-7000.

BY FAX: Fax your purchase orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week to:
              Customer Service Department, 1-901-380-7001
              Faxed orders will be processed 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

BY E-MAIL: If you already know which products you wish to order, you may use E-mail Order. Please include your name, phone number, and EagleVision account number along with the quantity and products you wish to order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us by E-mail for your local distributor.

Note: Our customer service department will call to confirm your order, whichever method of ordering you choose.

Terms

Net 30 days from date of invoice. Prices subject to change without notice.

Shipping/Handling

All orders are F.O.B. Memphis, TN, from our EagleVision Distribution Center. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Return Policy

Requires authorization from our Customer Service Department. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

  • Less than 30 days from invoice, 100% credit of invoice price.
  • 30-60 days, 80% credit of invoice price.
  • Over 60 days, non-refundable.

Not Acceptable for Refunds

  • Unauthorized returns.
  • Opened or damaged sterile products.
  • Non-saleable or broken lots of products.
  • Products with expired expiration dates.
